- Irish Co-operative Society (ICOS) - Dominic is a member of the ICOS Dairy Committee, a dairy farmer from County Cork, a Board member of Boherbue Co-Op and a former chair of the National Dairy Council. Dominic joined the Board of IRD Duhallow in 2021, representing ICMSA. He was nominated by ICOS to the Board of Ornua in 2022. Dominic has been a member of the Forum since 2017.
