Water Forum publishes tender for public water consumer survey

The Water Forum is commissioning a national survey to determine views of public water consumers in relation to attitudes towards their water supply and customer services of public water providers.  The objective of the research is to establish if trust in both drinking water and the water supplier has improved in recent years, along with satisfaction in customer services.

Please find below the Request for Quotation document (RFQ) and associated Quotation Response Document (QRD). Applications must be made using the Quotation Response Document provided.

Quotations are being sought under Public Procurement Guidelines (Goods & Services) for below threshold tendering, where the contracts for goods and services will have a maximum value of €20,000 (inclusive of VAT).

The closing date for the call is 5pm on the Monday 1st September 2025, where applications should be submitted via email to Dr Aisling Corkery, Research and Policy Executive, the Water Forum: aisling@nationalwaterforum.ie .
