SDG6 Water and Sanitation Challenge -Water Matters at Home

Participating in the Development Perspectives SDG6 Water and Sanitation Challenge could not be easier. All you need to do is watch An Fóram’s Water Matters at Home video, carry out some of the easy, everyday actions to reduce impact on water resources and share them on social media.

The #SDGchallenge is a development education project which aims to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills and motivation to take informed action to contribute towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The challenge is to understand, act and share.

Development Perspectives have developed an Infopack with lots of really interesting information on water resources that will help participants to understand the importance of protecting our water resources and the issues faced globally in providing clean water and sanitation.

To help participants to be the change we are asking that they watch An Fóram Uisce and the Local Authorities Waters Programme’s  Water Matters at Home video which provides suggestions for everyday actions to protect water resources and minimise our impact on water quality.
