- Independent Chair - Matt worked with the EPA since 1995 and has held Directorships with responsibility for Communications & Corporate Services & the Office of Evidence & Assessment. Prior to that, he worked in Canada conducting research in applied environmental sciences. Matt holds a BSc. and PhD from UCD.
